Thomas Gluzinski, BA, CHS-V

Mr. Gluzinski has over 30 years of experience in all areas of information and physical security management. During this time, he has progressed at every turn to higher levels of responsibility as a key player. As a military officer, he has served in numerous capacities and operations over his career; culminating as a staff officer serving on the joint operations staff to integrate operations, across all services, in worldwide deployments for high risk operations.

As a professional services director of a major company, he developed the financial and service consulting models for successful business operations. He has organized professional service practices in the systems network and security environments. He has architected and managed the development of security software.

As a business owner, he has self funded and built a successful organization in the information security products and services business working exclusively in the federal business sector.

Mr. Gluzinski has created and managed several organizational network security programs, authored software documentation for security software currently prevalent in the industry, created and managed several major network migration and integration projects and designed and built role based access control software for multi-tiered environments. He is also a respected author of network security white papers and a frequent lecturer on the topics of network security, network monitoring, threat management, wireless security, information warfare and risk management.

He has served on the several boards of startup firms to provide guidance and focus for achieving profitability and growth. He has maintained a focus on cutting edge technologies and has been a speaker at national level seminars and trade shows for several years.
